Wondering if you have seen this <https://emacs.stackexchange.com/questions/50216/org-mode-code-block-parentheses-mismatch> over at emacs.stackexchange. Very puzzling why the parens mismatch in a babel emacs-lisp block, but not anywhere else in Emacs.
