Oh, sorry, that was supposed to be `emacs -Q` (I actually uses `emacs -nw -Q --load quick-init.el` which uses a barebones config file that just sets up some basic defaults (package manager, path vars, etc.)). I can reproduce without my main personal emacs file. > > cheers, Greg
