We had previous discussions with Pedro on his contribution regarding ob-julia.el¹, I agreed he could be the maintainer once he signed the FSF copyright assignment, so I feel an obligation to apply his patch right now, but I'm sure Pedro, you and Nicolò can work together on the improved version. If needed, Pedro and you can co-maintain ob-julia.el, feel free to update lisp/ob-julia.el directly. I don't know if Nicolò has signed the FSF copyright assignment but once he does, he can join the party too.
