For those of you who have been using oc-bibtex-actions with org-cite, two relevant name changes:
First, packages are now "citar" and "citar-org", and the melpa recipe simply "citar". Naturally all related variable and functions names also change accordingly. Second, the org-cite processor name is just "citar". Sorry for any hassle. Bruce
