I think it is necessary for the user to know what to expect here and what not to expect. And I think there is a border between offtopic and explicitly discussing extending Org beyond its natural limits or even flirting with applications and software that do not respect user freedom and are outside of GNU ethics and philosophy. And for the record, I am not talking about Ihor's specific proposals in this thread --- which, as I have already said, seems to me to be a commendable conciliatory effort, although I do not share some points--- but rather from the previous debate on the "new" name of the Org syntax, and other such things. I think things like the 'orgdown' topic, which are not productive here, should have their own place and forums outside here. Best regards, Juan Manuel
