Could you please add
(setq org-element--cache-self-verify 'backtrace
org-element--cache-self-verify-frequency 1.0)
to your config.
Then, try to reproduce the error and post the contents of the (very
long) warning buffer to the mailing list. (Make sure that no private
information is listed there).
