I was checking up to see what the current status of this issue was when I noticed that it doesn't show up in the "Woof!" tracker as I would expect. Both <https://tracker.orgmode.org/bugs?search=attr_html> and <https://tracker.orgmode.org/requests?search=attr_html> don't yield any results, though <https://tracker.orgmode.org/patches?search=attr_html> does.
