After emacs -Q:
M-x customize-group RET org-table-calculation
Navigate to the Org Table Duration Custom Format and expand it.
Action the Value Menu, and choose any option.
Error: widget-apply: Wrong type argument: char-or-string-p, 'minutes
Looks like the :type specification for this variable has nested quotes.
The value for each symbol should be unquoted.
