Repeater in a time-range?

Is it possible to specify a repeater in a time-range in Org?  Something
like:

  <2025-03-06 Thu 16:00 +1w>--<2025-03-27 Thu 16:00>

Meaning: I have appointments on Thursdays at 4pm, but only for the month
of March in 2025.
