Does it mean that you are going to remove amsmath even for pdflatex?P.S. I was confused concerning mathspec because the "[PATCH]: Add font specifications when exporting to LaTeX" thread contains Ihor's reply, but not your patch "Update org-latex-default-packages-alist", perhaps it was sent in private.
