Thanks for checking.

By setting ‘diary-file’ and ‘org-agenda-diary-file’, there is no issue. Maybe 
need to update related guideline/ manual.

I cannot reproduce this problem with Emacs 31.0.50 and Org mode version

9.8-pre. Can you try more recent versions of Emacs and Org perhaps?
