Now implemented. Thanks to everybody who tested and gave feedback! Based on that feedback, we should consider further improvements/simplifications to the TOC. Ideas included: - Make TOC tabbable when collapsed - Remove the expand-on-hover behavior - Make collapse/expand on click more discoverable (button/chevron) - Keep the TOC always under the header - Keep the TOC always expanded, perhaps with a skip link, or floated beside the text This is something I plan to get back to a little later now that the immediate issue is fixed.
