You need to do the following to reproduce the problem.
1. Suppose we have some org file 'file.org'. Make Org source code in
that file, for example:

2. Put the cursor in the source block and press C-c '. The separate
buffer will open to edit tj Org source block.
3. In that buffer press C-c C-e l o or C-c C-e l l (export buffer to
PDF or LaTeX, for example).
4. After export close the buffer by pressing (C-c ' or C-c C-k, it
doesn't matter).
5. In the file.org put the cursor in the source block and press C-c
'. You will get the error message "Marker does not point anywhere" and
the buffer will not open.
