Why #+MACRO: clp @@latex: \clearpage@@
and why @@latex: \normalfont{@@ பொருள் @@latex: }@@?
You can just write \clearpage or
\normalfont{பொருள்}
Both are perfectly valid as latex-fragment Org syntax.
