Suggestion to set default Preview LaTeX process to SVG

Hello,

I believe by default LaTeX previews are PNG. Why not set this to the 
alternative, SVG?

org-preview-latex-default-process ‘dvisvgm

I feel this would be improve out-of-the-box support for high screen DPIs.
