Earlier this year this thread discussed the issue that ox-latex and
ox-beamer does not respect export-with-title or export-with-author:

After some discussion a patch was provided, but only the patch that
fixed the problem for the hyperref LaTeX section was merged.
I have once again ran into this issue, so if it would be possible for
the previously-discussed patch to be applied, that would fix it.
Apologies for not replying to the old mailing list thread, but I no
longer have those emails.
