If you do get warnings like you reported frequently, we can try to diagnose. Confirmed. (I am re-opening the report) If you keep seeing "Org parser error ...", could you please do M-x toggle-debug-on-error RET right before editing that triggers the error or, alternatively, add (setq debug-on-error t) to your config? Then, you will get a more complete backtrace that will reveal where the problem appear. But before that, the simplest thing you can try it upgrading to the latest Org release on ELPA.
