This is a huge aspect of the whole. The "gurdrail problem" has always
been crippling for generative "AI" they would happily offer you illegal
advice (where illegal is a very messy "function" of space, time, social
stratum, you name it). Without labeling and other learning aids, you
lost. Lots of hands, thus Nairobi.

There's a book (alas, in German [1]) in my order list right now on that.

The reasons are understandable. In the current "AI" craze, there are
such ridiculous amounts of money being bet, that politics have long
been sucked in. The landscape has shifted so violently that I'm not
sure we can keep that semblance any more :-(
