Hi Ihor,

Getting back on this issue, I noticed as some point, I was running the command 
on a file that did not exist... So I redid all the steps with the proper file 
and can confirm the issue is still there.
I noticed I can run `tectonic.exe 20260127T171225--résultats-article.tex` in 
eshell though but not in shell as before

With emacs -Q, it works with shell
