Sometimes bug reports get really big and it takes a long time to read
the whole thing. It's always fun (sarcasim) to open up a debbugs bug
and find 100+ emails. Debbugs has the feature to add a summary (linked
below) which can save reviewers a lot of time as they can simply read a
summary.

Now I've never actually seen anyone use this feature in debbugs, but it
does exist.

If this feature existed in BARK I would use it.

I'm currently reading through the 37 emails that make up the
"incorporate compat.el" bug and I would love to summarize it when I'm
done.
