I'm not seeing it in the Org Manual -- how do you give (say) a Task a unique Property ID value so that the Task can be linked to from other Tasks no matter where the Task is moved in my Org files? I'm looking at Org Manual v9.8, but I'm just not seeing where to look for the answer.
