.ics parsing works only for announcements ("[ANN]" or "[ANNOUNCEMENT]"
on this list) and only BONE maintainers can release them (that is you,
Christian and me).
Once the .ics attachments are parsed, they are combined and exposed as
https://tracker.orgmode.org/reports/announcements-open.ics, a public
calendar.
