Could you try to add a second line between the two lists and check the
resulting txt and latex?

i.e., in the "term" "Test1" in the definition "Test1 :: Item 2" disappears. I
would have expected it to appear as:

- Item 1
Test1
Item 2
Test2
Item 3
---
But this does not happen. I checked that the same problem occurs in HTML
export. However, I get something closer to what I would expect in PDF
export via latex. The only problem is that the term "Test1" does not
appear as bold, and is indented inconsistently.
