Thanks! I am a bit confused. We discussed adding multiple languages across all the export backends (into ox.el). You are proposing to add the extra languages just to ox-latex. I am fine with adding it just to ox-latex, but then #+OTHER_LANGUAGES feels not right. What about #+LATEX_OTHER_LANGUAGES? I personally, think that we should just introduce global OTHER_LANGUAGES keyword in ox.el for all the backends.
