When I use C-c C-q to add tags to my headline, my list of possible tags pops up to choose from in the standard fashion in a separate window. The scrollbar suggests to me that there are more potential tags to choose from off the screen. However, I cannot scroll down to them using the mouse to drag the scrollbar (scrollbar moves, but window doesn't) and I can't use scroll-up-command (C-v) to get to them.
