[BUG] [PATCH] New drawer shows as ":LOGBO" with org-adapt-indentation

If (setq org-adapt-indentation t), then a LOGBOOK drawer created by a
note or by a logged state change is folded too early.  It ends up
showing as ":LOGBO".

One-line patch below to fix it.
