Hi David, Thanks for letting us know. I've added a section as you suggest, although rather hastily. Please feel free to improve it (Worg is for community editing). Your package looks very interesting and it would be interesting to hear any further thoughts you have on the different ways of using R in conjunction with Org and Org-babel using it.
