No, there is not. The time line is just for one individual buffer.
One way around this would be to make an agenda for just the current
buffer, with
C-c a < a

I have set
(setq org-agenda-include-diary t)
which incluse the diary to the agenda-day view; but it seems that in
the
timeline it is not included.
