I also simply use weblogger.el (http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/WebloggerMode) combined with a really easy function defined at http://www.randomsample.de/dru5/node/77 to post to blogs including Drupal. Weblogger.el is really nice because it lets you also edit existing entries in Emacs. Don't know if all the solutions above do the same. This method also allows you to use different blog systems than Drupal, I believe any that support XMLRPC updates, including Blogger, Drupal, Wordpress, ...
