We use Redmine[1] here which is very nice and flexible. What I do is that I read the tasks from Redmine into org-mode using org-feed.el[2]. I have not had the time to implement a way to push my changes back to redmine. This should be doable as Redmine has a RESTful interface. John Wiegeley has shown a way to push back data to Bugzilla[3].
