Can you tell more about what you mean by "grammar"? Back in february, at FOSDEM, someone asked for a description of the org-mode format specification. This is still something that needs to be done. Any stab at this (on Worg) would be really nice. You can start anywhere (headlines, TODO keywords, etc.) If the "grammar" needs to be described in a specific format (more than just a formal description of the various syntactic elements of an Org file), let us know.
