There is a whole family of Babel functions that let C-c C-c act upon a source block, with respect to the langage used. Do `C-h f org-babel-execute: TAB' to see the list of available function for your configuration. Then you can pick up a langage you are familiar with in this list, jump to the Emacs lisp function and start getting familiar with the code to write your own org-babel-execute:tex function. But wait, there is already org-babel-execute:latex, so I think part of the problem is already solved. Good exploration, -- Bastien
