The expedient fix would likely be to chose the same prefix for all the others (dyn/org-…?), but all local bindings in all functions using these would also need to change. Since this is probably going to be a lot of work, perhaps one could comment out those defvars were the variable isn't actually global (like "state") and deal only with the remaining ones if any.
