Ok ... I used this :

(add-to-list 'org-e-latex-classes
    '("beamer" "\\documentclass{beamer}
                     [NO-DEFAULT-PACKAGES]
                     [NO-PACKAGES]"
        org-beamer-sectioning))

And thought it would work, but obviously, org-beamer-sectioning doesn't
behave the right way.
