Quick test here with emacs 23 and 24 seems to work. ,----[ (info "(emacs)Initial Options") ] | `--batch' implies `-q' (do not load an initialization file), but | `site-start.el' is loaded nonetheless. `---- Did you setq your org-agenda-files in that script? My first guess would be it is not set. hth
