The variable and this property should stay html-style-include-default,
or at worst become html-head-include-default-style.

The intent of changing things from "html-style..." to "html-head..." was
to make it clear that the use is for anything in the head, not merely
style.

It is still appropriate for variables that actually refer to style to
have the word "style" in them.
