Yes something like that; usually for me analysis code is so complicated that doing it inside Org would be madness :-p, I have dedicated software projects for that. I only use Org for simple spreadsheet operations in tables and eventually plotting them. These then get included in the final "thesis" file. Cheers, -- Suvayu Open source is the future.
