under windows or linux, but strangely not the following

#+author
I'm using pdfTeX-1.40.3 and Org mode 8.0.6
Am I missing something?
By the way, the linux version seems to have problems with annotating
and commenting. The same PDF forbids commenting under Linux (reader
9) and allows them under Windows (reader 11)!?
