okay, for me that customization would be fine probably - even if a respectable
regexp is waiting :)
The question showed up today at Emacs help, OP asked for a quick way to make up
a sheet.
So, if org-table would be smart enough to detect the common dot-or-comma issue
here, maybe that's a plus.
