The part of Bastiens patch changing
(org-babel-do-load-languages
'org-babel-load-languages '((sh . t) (org . t))))
to
(org-babel-do-load-languages
'org-babel-load-languages '((shell . t) (org . t))))
looks like a good fix, though.
