I log most of my work with org-mode. Some of my tasks are repetitive, this is, I do them weekly or daily (i.e. empty mail inbox). After many years, the logs are very long. As a consequence, marking these tasks as done is *very* slow.
Is there a workaround that does not involver deleting the logs? Example: **** PNDT Processar la bústia d'entrada SCHEDULED: <2014-03-25 dt ++1d> :LOGBOOK: CLOCK: [2014-03-25 dt 15:31] - State "DONE" from "PNDT" [2014-03-25 dt 15:20] CLOCK: [2014-03-24 dl 13:21]--[2014-03-24 dl 13:36] => 0:15 - State "DONE" from "PNDT" [2014-03-21 dv 16:18] CLOCK: [2014-03-21 dv 15:42]--[2014-03-21 dv 16:18] => 0:36 - State "DONE" from "PNDT" [2014-03-20 dj 16:25] (very long list with log entries since 2009). :END: I use org-mode 7.8.11 with Emacs 23.4.1.
