Org mode hackers, I'd like to suggest that epstopdf (or the containing package, which is texlive-font-utils on Debian) be listed as a dependency for Org-Babel LilyPond. Without epstopdf, the results of evaluating LilyPond code blocks appear in an exported PDF as boxes containing the text `NAME-eps-converted-to.pdf'.
