I've a recurrent little problem, with a light TODO.org org-agenda is fast, but every year or so, I need create a new TODO.org, because is so slow. More people with this problem? Some solution?
I keep an archive file, so I get things out of my agenda files after they are done with C-c C-x C-a. Check the variable `org-archive-location'.
