i have this for refile targets:

i have e.g.
* try this
* try this :refile:
when i try to refile the first to the second, it does not show as a candidate.
perhaps this was an attempt to prevent refiling to the same headline,
but it seems that it also prevents legitimate refiles to headlines
with the same name. i think this is a common need, for example when
you have collected links at various times.
