[O] [bug] ox-md and ox-man use same shortcut

Both ox-man and ox-md use "m" as their menu-entry shortcut. Witch make
them merge as one in the org-export-dispatch if they are both loaded
at the same time.
Maybe ox-man should use "M" instead of "m".
