Of course I'm okay. As 8.3 is already out, it should be added to an upcoming release. (Sorry Bastien, I missed your message, I was off-line for a few days). I will submit a patch to the mailing-list, including a translation of the documentation (https://github.com/tbanel/orgtbljoin) to the texi format.
