`auto-mode-alist' already has upper case extensions for DOS archivers.
So I just synced it with `auto-coding-alist' by adding upper case
archive extensions, and also as a complement for .JAR (Java ARchive)
added .EAR (Enterprise ARchive) and .WAR (Web ARchive).
