Maybe whether we should do the QuickDraw Text work for the unicode-2
branch depends on the current ATSUI support status.  Steven, is it too
far from what can be installed to that branch?

Without ATSUI support, I expect we'll get another question, "Why the
unicode-2 branch cannot display (most of) Unicode characters?" :-)
