recentf / .emacs-places

.emacs-places and also the custom-file both show up in the recentf  
list of recently loaded files. As these are internally produced  
files, they shouldn't be included.

I'm not sure what a good solution would be - one possibility would be  
a sensible default of recentf-exclude.
