Such a chip in overhangs may occur when there is no overhangs in the
reported metric. I guess there's no right overhang in the `h' glyph
if mac-allow-anti-aliasing is set to nil. So the problem is the
renderer puts some dots outside the reported bounding box when Quartz
2D anti-aliasing for QuickDraw Text is enabled.
